Facility Rental, 1.5-Hours

Description

General Rules: 1. Do not complete a rental booking unless you are approved to rent the facility you are requesting. 2. Unauthorized bookings will be deleted and refunded according to our refund and cancellation policies. 3. All solid dog waste MUST be cleaned up. Failure to clean up after your dog will result in a permanent ban from the property. 4. All damaged/broken equipment or property MUST be reported to the facility owner. 5. ALL dogs must be always under the owner’s control. Any incident of an off-leash dog causing property damage, or accosting a person or dog, will result in the loss of all off-leash privileges. If your dog does not have a reliable recall do not let them off leash. Dock Diving/Pool 6. Rental privileges will be given to those that demonstrate sufficient skill in the pool. This skill can be done during your lesson, via video, or with instructor endorsement. 7. Potty accidents on the dock MUST be cleaned up immediately and reported to the facility owner. A clean up fee of $25 will be payable before rental privileges will be reinstated. Failure to report a potty accident or pay the clean up fee will result in a permanent ban from the property. 8.Lifejackets are available inside the back door to the training building. 9. All gates must be always latched. Open the gate, then close the gate so it locks. Agility/Hoopers/Rally Field 10. Rental privileges will be given to those that demonstrate sufficient skill in their sport. This skill can be done during your lesson, via video, or with an instructors endorsement. 11. Potty accidents on the field MUST be cleaned up immediately and reported to the facility owner. 12. Novice handlers are not to use any equipment they are not familiar with, or for which their dog has not been properly trained. 13. Moving/adjusting equipment must be done so that equipment isn't damaged. Heavy equipment should be moved by two or more people. Don't drop tunnel bags to the ground. Don't drag tunnels along the ground. Walking Trails 14. Dogs must be always under the owner’s control; off-leash on the walking trails is permitted so long as the dog has a reliably trained recall. Any incident of an off-leash dog causing property damage, or accosting a person or dog, will result in the loss of trail rental privileges. 15. Do not leave the MDS property; do not cross fence lines or go into the ravine. 16. All solid waste MUST be picked up no matter where the dog deposited it. Turf Building Coming soon….
