Service Description

Please do not send payment until we have approved your rental request. Once approved payment will be required within 24 hours or your booking will be canceled. Rentals will only be approved for those who have permission to rent our facilities. Any bookings made by unauthorized individuals will result in the booking being canceled. 2. Book the amount of rental time you need; at the time you need. Do not arrive early and start your rental before your booked time. Leave your rental promptly at the end of your booked time. If the rental before you are late leaving (your time has started), request the parties leave immediately and report the incident to the facility owner for follow-up. 3. Turf Building. Remove your outdoor shoes at the door - do not go past the red line with any outdoor footwear. Boot trays are provided - please use them. Clean, dry indoor shoes must be worn in the crating and working space. 4. Turf Building. All equipment must be returned to its storage location after each rental. If you find equipment left out when you arrive, please report it to the facility owner for follow-up. 5. Broken or damaged equipment must be reported. Failure to do so will result in termination of rental privileges. If you find equipment damaged or broken, please report it to the facility owner for follow-up. 6. All individuals joining you on your rental must be listed as a guest on the rental booking form. Failure to report your guests will result in termination of rental privileges. 7. Turf Building. Every single potty accident - pee, poop and vomit - in the building MUST be cleaned up following the instructions on the potty clean up kit found in the building. A $25 professional clean up fee is payable for each incident - except vomit. Soiled equipment (ex. males marking tunnel bags) is an additional $25 for each piece of equipment soiled. The fee is payable immediately. Failure to report the potty accident will result in permanent loss of all rental privileges at MDS. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AND REPORT EACH POTTY ACCIDENT.

Cancelation Policy

A $10 administration fee will be applied to each requested refund. 2. Private Lessons: No refunds will be given for same day cancelations or for no-shows. 3. Group Classes: No refunds will be given after the first day of the group class. 4. Workshops/Fun Matches/Competitions: No refund will be given after 7 calendar days before the date of the event.
