Positive Reinforcement: Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and make the training process enjoyable for your dog. Rat Safety and Welfare: Our top priority is the safety and well-being of the rats used in the training sessions. The rats are beloved pets of the class instructor and are treated with the utmost care and respect. Here are the measures we take to ensure their safety: Secure Enclosures: Rats are kept in secure, escape-proof enclosures that prevent any physical contact with the dogs. These enclosures allow the rats to be hidden but still accessible for scent detection. Stress Minimization: Rats are rotated and given breaks to prevent stress. Their environment is designed to be comfortable and stimulating.
