Service Description

Embark on a rewarding journey to foster a strong bond and develop effective communication with your puppy or dog. This introductory level class is designed to equip both novice and experienced dog owners with the skills and techniques necessary to nurture well-behaved, obedient, and happy canine companions. Course Highlights: Basic Obedience Training: Learn fundamental commands such as sit, stay, down, come, and heel. Develop techniques to build your dog's confidence and responsiveness. Positive Reinforcement: Discover the power of positive reinforcement techniques to motivate your dog. Reward-based training encourages desired behaviors, creating an enriching experience for both ends of the leash. Socialization Skills: Help your dog become comfortable and well-mannered around other dogs and people. Address common behavioral challenges like jumping, barking, and pulling on the leash. Leash Etiquette: Master the art of walking your dog on a leash without stress or strain. Learn how to prevent pulling, teach loose leash walking, and make walks a more enjoyable experience. Problem Solving: Receive guidance on handling specific behavioral issues, such as separation anxiety, excessive barking, and chewing. Tricks and Enrichment: Explore a variety of fun tricks and mental enrichment activities that stimulate your dog's intellect and energy. Engaging your dog's mind is essential for their overall well-being. Session Length: 8-weeks Class Length: 1-hour Fee (includes taxes): $271.20 Instructor: Catherine Raymond No classes: no planned cancelations 1. Indoor shoes are required if this class is to be held indoors. Please always pack and clean, dry pair of comfortable shoes should the weather require classes be inside. 2. There is a $25 cleaning fee for each potty accident that occurs indoors. 3. Crates are required for all dogs attending this class. This is for the safety of all dogs, handlers, and instructors. I lieu of a crate handlers may keep their dogs in their car between turns.

A $10 administration fee will be applied to each requested refund. 2. Private Lessons & Rentals: No refunds will be given for same day cancelations or for no-shows. 3. Group Classes: No refunds will be given after the first day of the group class. 4. Workshops/Fun Matches/Competitions: No refund will be given after 7 calendar days before the date of the event.
