Cancellation Policy

1. A full refund will be issued for all cancellations that occur more than 7 days before the start time of the private lesson. Clients MUST complete the cancellation process themselves; log in to the website to complete your cancellation. 2. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that occur more than 48 hours before, but less than 7 days before the start time of the private lessons. Clients must email us at info@millenniumdogsports.ca to begin this process. 3. No refunds or credits will be issued for private lessons that are cancelled less than 48-hours before the start time of the first class. Exceptions are at the Owner/Operator's sole discretion, and only on a case-by-case basis. 4. By completing this registration, you agree to abide by the refund policies stated above.
