Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all client requested refunds.

2. Private Lessons: Individuals who purchase a private lesson will be provided a refund based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all refunds. Please see below for specific refund conditions:

Withdrawal 7+ calendar days prior to start of lesson:
Full refund, minus $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal 2-6 calendar days prior to start of lesson:
50% refund, minus and additional $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal 1 calendar day prior to start of lesson:
25% refund, minus and additional $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal day of lesson, or no show:
No refund.

3. Group Classes: Individuals who purchase a spot in a group class will be provided a refund based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all refunds. Please see below for specific refund conditions:

Withdrawal 7+ calendar days prior to start of group class:
Full refund, minus $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal 2-6 calendar days prior to start of groupbclass:
50% refund, minus and additional $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal 1 calendar day prior to start of group class:
25% refund, minus and additional $10 administration fee.
Withdrawal day of group class, or no show:
No refund.

4. M.D.S. Workshops: Individuals who purchase a spot in a workshop will be provided a refund based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all refunds. Please see below for specific refund conditions. In lieu of a refund, individuals may choose to sell their workshop spot to another individual, should they meet the prerequisites of the workshop.

Withdrawal 28+ calendar days prior to start of workshop:
Full refund, minus a $10.00 administration fee.

Withdrawal 14+ calendar days prior to start of workshop:
75% refund, minus an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Withdrawal 7+ calendar days prior to start of workshop:
50% refund, minus an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Less than 7 calendar days prior to start of workshop:
No Refund.

5. Fun Matches: Individuals who purchase a spot in a fun match will be provided a refund based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all refunds. Please see below for specific refund conditions. In lieu of a refund, individuals may choose to sell their fun match spot to another individual, should they meet the prerequisites of the fun match.

Withdrawal 28+ calendar days prior to start of fun match:
Full refund, minus a $10.00 administration fee.

Withdrawal 14+ calendar days prior to start of fun match:
75% refund, minus an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Withdrawal 7+ calendar days prior to start of fun match:
50% refund, minus an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Less than 7 calendar days prior to start of fun match:
No Refund.

6. Rentals: Individuals who purchase a facility rental will be provided a refund based on how far in advance the cancelation occurs. A $10.00 administration fee applies to all refunds.Please see below for specific refund conditions.

Cancelation 7+ calendar days prior to rental:
Full refund, minus an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Cancelation 1 calendar day prior to rental:
50% refund, minus and addtional $10.00 adminstratio fee.

Cancelation day of rental, or no show:
No Refund.

7. Refunds/Credits: Full refunds might be provided under the following circumstances: operator discretion, summer temperatures in excess of 30 degrees, dangerous winter driving conditions, excessive summer rainfall/severe thunderstorms.
