Policy Update
TL;DR Shoes are now REQUIRED in all our indoor spaces.
Except for the pool - and immediate pool area - shoes are expressly required while on MDS property.
Most of us wear shoes outdoors anyway (except me) but there are some who regularly sport socks or bare feet when indoors.
Unfortunately, everyone is now required at all times to have shoes on. So time to get yourself some new indoor running shoes - besides, you deserve to get yourself something special!
If by chance you forget your shoes, it isn't an issue so no freaking out. But if it becomes a habit, we are going to have to have an uncomfortable chat...and I promise one of us is going to end up in tears...it's me, I'm going to cry.
I hate confrontation so please, for the love of Dog, just wear your shoes. 😆
